Privacy Policy

FieldFlow Pro ("we", "us") provides customer relationship management and field service software at getfieldflowpro.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number and role of people who use the software.
- Business records you enter: customers, leads, jobs, schedules, invoices, payments, expenses and messages.
- Location data: technician device location while the app is in use, when permission is granted, to support dispatch.
- Website visitor data: pages visited, ad click identifiers, IP address and approximate location collected by our tracking snippet on websites our customers choose to install it on.
- Data from connected services: information you authorize us to access from third-party services such as Google Ads, payment processors and messaging providers.
2. Google user data
When you connect a Google account, FieldFlow Pro requests these permissions:
- openid and email — to identify which Google account is connected.
- Google Ads (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) — to read campaigns, keywords, search terms, spend, clicks and conversion metrics, and to make changes you explicitly confirm (such as bids, negative keywords, location or IP exclusions, ad schedules and device adjustments).
We use Google user data only to provide and improve features visible to you inside FieldFlow Pro: reporting ad performance, calculating return on ad spend, and managing your campaigns at your direction. Every change to your Google Ads account requires your confirmation in the app.
FieldFlow Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data for advertising, credit-worthiness or lending purposes.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- We only share Google user data with service providers needed to run the features you use, under confidentiality obligations.
3. How we use information
- To operate the software: dispatching jobs, sending messages, processing payments and producing reports.
- To provide support and communicate about your account.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that host, process payments or deliver messages on our behalf, with the services you choose to connect, or when required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep business data while your account is active. You can disconnect a Google account at any time from Google Ads → Setup in the app, which removes the stored access tokens; you can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of your account data, email us at the address below.
6. Security
Access to data is restricted by user role, and connection credentials are stored server-side and are never shown in the browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
8. Children
FieldFlow Pro is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
